This will usually include (but not limited to ) full history taking, assessment using relevant tools and questionnaires.
Often more blood tests or further investigations are required.
The outcome of the assessment will be sent to you with a copy to the GP.

If after comprehensive assessment, further investigations are required then follow up appointment is required to establish a diagnosis and plan the treatment.
